The mortise hinge was developed for rebated furniture doors and windows. It has a roll diameter of 12 mm. It can be delivered perforated or unperforated. The mortise hinge can be produced with the final tip ZK A, ZK W, ZK D or cylindrical.
Our mortise hinges are made of brass profile material, milled and drilled. They are virtually wear-free due to the inserted steel pin and an intermediate ring. It can be ordered in lengths of 80 mm and 100 mm. The frame leaves have a width of 24 mm from the roll, the door leaves have a width of 29 mm from the roll.
The brass mortise hinges are available in 18 different metal surfaces. It is also available in all RAL colors and PVD-coated. In addition, it can also be delivered unprocessed.
The packing unit is 10 pieces. Low volume deliveries are possible.
It is available in the DIN version left (left-hand hinge) or right (right-hand hinge). Which DIN version do I need?
