The door hinge is straight (cranking A) and designed for butt-in or non-rebated doors. With a roll diameter of 16 mm, a leaf width of 35 mm or 40 mm and a leaf thickness of 3.5 mm, it has a load capacity of up to 90 kg for two hinges and a load capacity of up to 140 kg for three hinges. Our door hinges are all made of brass profiles, milled and drilled. They are virtually wear-free thanks to the button pull-out pin and the maintenance-free ball bearings. It can be ordered in lengths of 100 mm and 120 mm.

The brass door hinge is available in 21 different metal surfaces. It is also available in all RAL colors and PVD-coated. It can be angular or with four rounded corners. The radius of the rounded corners is 10 mm. In the standard version, hinges are cylindrical. Elegant decorative buttons are available for a small additional charge. Also bi-color combinations are possible.
